Poor service, office will continue to push issues off to another person. Office added things on my policy and I was paying for it for six months and when I discovered it Mr. Monday said it was a great learning experience for the office instead of offering to refund a penny back to me for his office supposedly mistake. They wonβt pick up the phone and settle an issue, instead of a of 5 minute phone call to understand the problem they prefer to email back and forth to be even more confused. Just overall bad business in my opinion, in the process of switching. When you asked questions they get frustrated because they canβt fool everybody with talking around issues instead of fixing them. Not surprising though, rule of thumb sometimes you canβt do business with βYourβcertain people, which I knowβ¦So Iβm probably the fool here for expecting the office to handle business a specific wayβ¦π
